摘要
目的分析中西医结合保守治疗慢性阑尾炎的临床效果及体会。方法回顾性分析79例慢性阑尾炎患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组40例患者应用西医治疗，观察组39例患者则在对照组的基础上采用中药方剂口服治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组40例患者中痊愈24例（60．00％），显效13例（32．50％），无效3例（7．50％），临床总有效率为92．50％；对照组39例患者中痊愈18例（46．15％），显效10例（25．64％），无效11例（28．21％）。观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组。差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论慢性阑尾炎患者采用中西医结合保守治疗，可从整体上达到标本兼治、排除病灶败浊、恢复生机的目的，且可改善阑尾壁血液的循环，解除阑尾腔梗阻，增强机体免疫力，临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and experience Chinese and western medicine.Methods The clinical data of 79 of conservative treatment of chronic appendicitis with traditional patients with chronic appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively. they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in control group were treated with western medicine,39 patients in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and compared with the control group. Results Among the 40 patients in the observation group,24 cases were cured （60.00%）,13 eases （32.50%）,3 cases （7.50%） were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.50%.In the control group（n=39）,18 cases （46.15%）,10 cases （25.64%）,11 cases （28.21%） were ineffective,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The method of traditional Chinese and western medicine conservative treatment of chronic appendicitis can achieve both symptoms and symptoms,eliminate the focus of the disease,restore vitality,and improve the circulation of blood circulation,relieve the appendix qianggengzu,and improve the immunity,so it has high clinical value.
