摘要
安塞油田地处干旱地区,水资源匮乏,传统的胍胶压裂液技术的压后返排液通常采取集中物化处理,不仅增加油田作业成本,浪费水资源,而且有潜在的环境污染危险,面临着越来越大的环保压力。基于此研发一套用于井组压裂改造的可循环利用环保型压裂液体系,该体系具有现场直接混配,连续施工,返排液可循环利用的技术特点,2015年在安塞油田完成67个丛式井组共计315口井的现场应用,实现了油田开发"节能降耗、绿色环保、节本增效"的目标。
Ansai oilfield is located in the arid region,with shortage of water resources. The backflow fluid of traditional guanidine gum fracturing was usually treated by centralized physico-chemical treatment,not only the oil field operation costs increased,the water resources was wasted,in addition to the potential risk of environmental pollution. With the implementation of the national 'Two Laws'( 'Environmental Law'and 'Safety Production Law'),higher demands is posed on green environmental protection at each link of the oilfield operatio. In order to meet the technical and environmental requirements,a set of recyclable environmental fracturing fluid has been developed for fracturing at well pads. That fluid system can be mixed at site,continuously pumped and the backflow fluids recyclable. In2015,it was used in 315 wells at 67 cluster well pads at Ansai oilfield. The recycled backflow fluids amounted to 2. 6 x 104m3,the average recycling ratio of the backflow fluid was 90. 6%,water saving rate 40. 6%,and the average operation period shortened by 3 to 4 days compared with that before. The goal of saving energy,reducing consumption,maintaining environmentfriendly operation,reducing costs,and improving performance was realized.
