三维适形放疗并发放射性肺炎的CT影像特点 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨胸部三维适形放疗并发放射性肺炎的CT影像特点。方法回顾性分析28例经临床治疗及随诊,并确诊为放射性肺损伤患者的CT影像学资料,总结放射影像学征象。结果放射性肺炎急性期,为渗出性病变,表现为边界模糊的密度增高影,密度欠均匀,内可见空气支气管影及小叶间隔增厚的间质性改变。慢性期为增生性病变,表现为肺纤维化,边界清楚的致密影,周围血管减少。结论放射性肺炎CT影像具有一定的特点。
