摘要
进行土地生态敏感性评价及分区研究,揭露不同区域土地受干扰时响应敏感程度,为区域土地利用规划和环境保护提供依据。本文以延龙图地区为例,选取坡度、高程、用地类型、植被覆盖、水环境和水源保护区作为土地生态敏感性因子,根据各因子不同敏感性程度对其分级赋值,运用层次分析法确定各因子权重,基于GIS空间分析技术,运用多因子加权叠加法对研究区土地生态敏感性进行了单因子评价和多因子综合评价。分析结果将研究区土地生态敏感性划分为极敏感区(0.05km^2)、高敏感区(694.02km^2)、中敏感区(3 044.01km^2)、低敏感区(1 175.38km^2)和不敏感区(175.24km^2),其中,中敏感区占研究区面积比最大,约为60%,超过一半以上。另外,就各区今后土地利用提出合理的建议和对策,以期为延龙图新区用地规划、开发和建设提供科学依据及指导,为环境保护提供建议和对策,实现土地利用和生态环境保护的协调发展。
The land ecological sensitivity evaluation and zoning study were carried out to reveal the sensitivity of land disturbance in different areas.In order to provide the basis for regional land use of planning and environmental protection.This paper took the Yan-Long-Tu region as an example and selected the land ecological sensitivity factors which including the slope,elevation,land types,vegetation cover,water environment and water source protection area.And then,they were graded and assigned according to the degree of sensitivity of each factor.The weight of each factor was determined by using AHP.This paper was based on GIS spatial analysis technology and used the multi-factor weighted superposition to evaluate the land ecological sensitivity of Yan-Long-Tu region including single factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation.The analysis results of this study divided the land ecological sensitivity of study area into extremely sensitive area(0.05km^2)、highly sensitive area(694.02km^2)、moderately sensitive area(3 044.01km^2)、low sensitive area(1 175.38km^2)and non sensitive area(175.24km^2),and among them,the area ratio which the moderately sensitive area accounted for the study area was the largest,and it was about 60% which was more than half.In addition,this study put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures accordingly for the land use in the future.Its purpose is to provide scientific basis and guidancefor the planning,development and construction of the new district land of Yan-Long-Tu,and to provide suggestions and countermeasures for environmental protection,also to achieve the coordinated development of land use and ecological environment protection.
