摘要
以冬小麦为试材,清水CK处理为对照,设置拔节期、拔节+开花期、开花期和灌浆期喷施4个处理,于2013—2014年和2015—2016年在陕西省杨凌示范区和河北省石家庄市藁城区分别进行雨养和灌溉试验,研究0.1mg/L LG-C施用时期对冬小麦旗叶光合速率、籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在灌溉条件下,开花期LG-C处理使小麦灌浆后期的光合速率增加了70.5%,拔节+开花期LG-C处理使小麦籽粒产量提高了4.92%。在雨养条件下,拔节+开花期喷施LG-C处理使小麦籽粒产量、沉淀值、面筋指数、面团形成时间和面团稳定时间分别增加了23.74%、6.00%、3.49%、30.00%、26.87%。因此,拔节+开花期LG-C处理可协调小麦的产量构成因素,进而提高产量,并且在雨养条件下能改善冬小麦品质。
Winter wheat as materials,spraying pure water as the control,the effects of spraying 0.1mg/L Laxogenoside-C(LG-C)at elongation,elongation-flowering,flowering and filling stages on photosynthetic rate of flag leaf,grain yield and its quality were determined.These experiments were carried out at Yangling districts of Shaanxi province under rainfall condition in 2013—2014growing seasons and at Gaocheng districts of Hebei province under irrigation condition in 2015—2016growing seasons.Compared with the control,under irrigation condition,the photosynthetic rate was increased by 70.5% when spraying LG-C at the filling last stage,whereas the grain yield was increased by 4.92% when spraying LG-C at elongationflowering stage.Under the rainfall condition,spraying LG-C at elongation-flowering stage resulted in that grain yield was increased by 23.74%,the sedimentation value,gluten index,development time and stability time of the wheat were enhanced by 6.00%,3.49%,30.00%,26.87%,respectively.The results here indicated that the spraying LG-C at at the elongation-flowering stage could coordinate yield components of winter wheat,consequently improve the winter wheat grain yield and quality.
