摘要
目的探讨土大黄根提取物对实验性银屑病样模型支配器官形态学变化。方法将咪喹莫特(IMQ)乳膏涂抹BALB/c小背部皮肤形成银屑病样动物模型,观察土大黄根提取物(1,2,4 g/kg)对小鼠支配器官如脑、心、肝脏器指数及其形态学的影响。结果与模型组比较,1,2,4 g/kg组均对小鼠脑、心、肝,脏器指数的影响无统计学差异(P>0.05),同时对脑、心形态学未见明显异常,但可引起肝细胞再生、嗜酸性变性。结论土大黄根提取物对咪喹莫特诱导实验性银屑病小鼠支配器官肝脏组织病理学改变有一定保护和修复作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Rumex L. root extract on the morphology of dominant organs in mice with experimental psoriasis. Methods The experimental psoriasis model was established in BALB/c mice by applying Imiquimod( IMQ) cream, then to observe the effects of Rumex L. root extract( 1, 2, 4 g/kg) on mice's dominating organs such as brain, heart, liver, organ index and morphology. Results Compared with the model group, the effects of 1, 2, 4 g/kg groups on the brain, heart, liver and organ index of mice had no statistically different( P〉0. 05),at the same time,there was no obvious abnormality in brain and heart morphology,but it could cause liver cell regeneration,acidophilic degeneration. Conclusion Rumex L. root extract can protect and repair the morphological damage of dominating organ of liver on experimental psoriasis mice by induced IMQ.
