摘要
党中央历来高度重视高校党的建设工作,独立学院作为高等教育普通而又特殊的办学机构,存在着党组织的核心领导地位弱化、组织内涵建设不足、党建品牌建设不强等相关问题。面对新形势新要求,唯有坚持政治性、体现创新性,才能促进独立学院党建工作的顺利开展。本文结合所在单位实践探索,提出了本土化、品牌化的党建工作举措,充分发挥独立学院党组织的政治领导核心作用,加强党员师生的培养教育工作,进而形成长效工作机制,保障学校事业的健康发展。
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of college party. As ordinary but special higher education institutions, there exist some related issues in independent colleges, including a weakening trend of the position of the Party organization＇s core leadership, lack of organization connotation construction, and weak brand building of party construction. In the face of the new situation and new requirements, we should insist on the political nature and innovation to promote the development of the party construction in independent colleges. According to the practice, this paper puts forward some localization and brand building measures that develop the core role of the party organization＇ s political leadership in independent colleges and strengthen the training education on teacher and student party members, so as to form the long - term working mechanism and ensure the healthy development of the school career.
