摘要
近年来,随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校毕业生的人数屡创新高,就业竞争加大。在经济危机的大背景下,大学毕业生的就业困难越发凸显。解决大学生就业困难的问题,需要从客观环境和大学生主观因素分析大学生就业困难的深层次原因,才能有的放矢地采取针对性的措施。政府、高校、大学生三方要共同努力,才能从根本上解决大学生就业困难的现状。
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the number of college graduates hit record highs and the competition for jobs is increasing. In the background of the economic crisis, the employment difficulties of college graduates become more prominent. To solve this problem, it is necessary to analyze the deep-seated reasons of college students＇ employment difficulties from the objective environment and the subjective factors of college students.All in all, government, universities and the college students need to work together to fundamentally solve the problem of college students employment difficulties.
