摘要
选用数字电源控制芯片,实现非隔离双向DC/DC转换,创造谐振条件,消除开关损耗。对工作过程进行详细分解,明确周期开始时的负电流取值范围,对功率管切换点的选取进行了分析。
choose digital power controller, to realize double-direction non-isolate DC/DC converter module. under L-C resonant condition, the loss of MOSFET switch on/off reduced. detail analysis one switch period, and give the value scope of the inductance current at the initial period. base on the output of the compare, the on/off signal controls the MOSFET.
