摘要
目的探讨系统化护理干预对糖尿病患者服药依从性及血糖控制效果的影响。方法 2016年1月至2017年2月对本院收治的84例糖尿病患者,按护理方式不同随机分为观察组及对照组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行系统化护理干预,比较两组患者血糖控制及服药依从性情况。结果观察组的血糖各项观察指标及服药依从性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理干预能显著提高糖尿病患者的服药依从性,从而更好的控制血糖。
Objective：To investigate the effects of systematic nursing intervention on compliance and blood glucose con- trol of patients with diabetes. Methods： 84 patients with diabetes from January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases respectively according to the random number table. The con- trol group was given routine nursing care while the observation group was received systematic nursing. The blood glucose control and compliance of two groups were recorded. Results： The compliance rate of the observation group and blood glu- cose monitoring indexes were both significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The system- atic nursing intervention can effectively improve the diabetes compliance so as to has a better control of the blood glucose.
