摘要
为了提高温控炉中温度控制的实时监控效果,构建了由西门子S7-300 PLC为控制核心的温度监控系统,在STEP7平台下完成了硬件组态、程序编写,运用组态王软件绘制了上位机监控界面,实现了对温控炉温度进行实时监控的目的。实验测试表明:该监控系统运行稳定、可靠,能够实现在±1℃之间自动调节,对实际应用具有一定的推广价值。
In order to improve the effect of temperature control furnace temperature control of the real-time monitoring,temperature monitoring system is constructed by Siemens S7-300 PLC,and hardware configuration and program writing is completed in STEP7 platform,the PC monitor is mapped by kingview software,so real-time monitoring of the temperature control furnace temperature is realized,Experimental tests show that the monitoring system is stable,reliable operation,.
