摘要
目的:分析中药微调五号方联合生物反应调节剂重组人白介素-2(IL-2)、重组人干扰素α2b(IFN-α2b)对肾癌患者肿瘤标志物及生活质量的影响。方法:将50例肾癌患者用双盲法分为对照组(IFN-α2b、IL-2皮下注射)、观察组(加用中药微调五号)。统计客观疗效中缓解率、治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平、T细胞亚群主要指标变化,记录QLQ-C30生命质量、生活质量卡氏评分(KPS)分值,记录Ⅲ度、Ⅵ度不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组缓解率(24.00%)与对照组无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组NSE低于对照组;观察组CD_4^+升高,CD_8^+下降,CD_4^+/CD_8^+升高,均优于对照组;观察组除认知功能分值外QLQ-C30其它指标分值均高于对照组;观察组卡氏评分高于对照组;观察组Ⅲ度、Ⅵ度不良反应发生率(4.00%)低于对照组。均P<0.05。结论:中药微调五号联合生物反应调节剂能显著抑制部分肿瘤标志物,提高患者免疫力,改善生命质量和生活质量,减少严重不良反应,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine combined bioreactor regulator restructuring interleukin-2（IL-2） and human recombinant interferon alpha-2 b（interferons alpha-2b） on the tumor markers and the quality of life of patients with kidney cancer.Methods：Fifty cases of renal cancer patients were divided into control group by double blind method（interferons alpha-2b,IL-2 subcutaneous injection）,the observation group added Weitiao Wuhao Formula.Statistically analyze the objective curative effect of response rate,tumor marker levels before and after the treatment,the T cells subgroup key indicators of change.Record QLQ C30-cartesian score（KPS） life quality and life quality score.Record Ⅲ,Ⅵ degrees incidence of adverse reactions.Results：After treatment,the observation group’s remission rate（24.00%） had no sigifnicance compared with the control group’s.NSE was lower than the control group’s.Observation group’s CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ were better than the control group’s.In addition to the cognitive function score QLQ C30,the observation group’s other indicators scores were higher than those of the control group.The observation group’s carr’s score was higher than that of the control group.Observation group’s Ⅲ and Ⅵ degrees incidence of adverse reactions（4.00%） was lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Chinese medicine Weitiao Wuhao Formula combined bioreactor regulator can significantly inhibit tumor markers,improve the patients’ immunity,the quality of life and life quality and reduce the serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
