摘要
为将换带装置用于实际的矿井更换输送带作业中,需要对履带式连续换带装置进行现场试验。通过模拟实验并分析实验数据来研究在换带作业中输送带所受的夹紧力以及液压马达所提供的拉力,以确定换带装置是否能够达到更换要求并且安全可靠。
In order to change belt device applied to actual mine operations in replace the tape job,there are some field trials for crawler continuous strip change device. These results identify whether the change can be achieved replacement requirements and its security through some simulation experiments and analysis of experimental data to study clamp force from the strip change apparatus in job and tension provided with a hydraulic motor.
