摘要
随着智能制造时代的到来,生产技术的智能化升级引发了生产组织的重构与生产方式的变革,技术技能人才培养的知识标准、能力标准和素质标准实现了更新与突破,以系统的专业知识为基础、以综合的职业能力为中心、以关键的核心素养为目标的三维体系应当被建立。基于技术技能人才培养标准的框架,应当在宏观上完善职业教育体系,匹配人才层次高移;在中观上深化校企合作机制,培养复合职业人才;在微观上重构课程教学体系,渗透职业核心素养。
As the era of intelligent manufacturing comes, the intelligence of production technology contributes to the reconstruction of production organization and the reform of production methods. What' s more, the knowledge, ability and diathesis cultivation standards of technical and skills talents achieve the updation and breakthroughs. As a result, the three-dimensional system which involves systematic professional knowledge as the basis, comprehensive professional competence as the center and key core literacy as the aim should be established. Based on the frame of cultivation standards of technical and skills talents, in macroscopic view, vocational education system should be perfected to match the higher talent level; in intermediate view, school-enterprise cooperation mechanism should be deepened to cultivate versatile talents; in microcosmic view, curriculum teaching system should be reconstructed and permeated with professional core literacy.
