摘要
磁场调制型磁齿轮是一类新型结构的磁齿轮传动装置,本文建立了磁齿轮具体数学模型,在理论研究的基础上,采用Ansoft有限元软件对磁齿轮进行详细的研究与分析,通过对磁齿轮仿真的分析得到了其静磁场时的磁力线分布、内、外两个转子的气隙磁密,稳态转矩特性分析,通过所得结果加强了磁齿轮的磁场调制理论的了解,对此类新型结构的磁齿轮有了更好的认识。
In this paper,a specific mathematical model of magnetic gear is established. On the basis of theoretical re- search, Ansoft finite element software is used to study and analyze the magnetic gears in detail. The magnetic gear is a kind of magnetic gear,which is a new type of magnetic gear. The analysis of the gear simulation shows the distribution of the magnetic field lines in the static magnetic field, the analysis of the air gap flux and the steady-state torque character- istics of the inner and outer rotors.
