摘要
"7S"管理是企业重要的管理制度之一,将其引入职业院校教育教学及管理中,可促使学生养成良好的行为规范和职业素养。牡丹江技师学院在学生实训实习、班级管理、教师办公室、课堂教学及学生日常生活中实施"7S"管理,从多层面、多角度培养学生的整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、节约等行为习惯,显著提升了学生的职业素养。
＂7S＂ management is one of the most important management systems in an enterprise and introducing it into the teaching and management of vocational colleges can promote students to develop good behavior norms and professional qualities. The Mudanjiang Technician College practices ＂7S＂ management in student training, class management, teachers＇ office, classroom teaching and students＇ daily life to cultivate students＇ behavior habit from different angles and level which contains arrangement, cleaning, safety, saving and so on, in addition, it also significantly enhance the professionalism of students.
