摘要
我国经济学界在当前面临的一项重要任务就是加快构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学,进而开拓当代中国马克思主义政治经济学之新境界。文章从马克思主义政治经济学发展面临的困境、缺乏话语权、学科发展与创新滞后于我国经济发展实践以及我国政治经济学过去沿袭的"苏联范式"及其他探索存在的局限性等四个方面出发,阐明了加快构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学具有的必要性和紧迫性。在对中国特色社会主义政治经济学的学科定位、研究对象、研究主线等三大问题明确之后,应立足我国国情和我国发展实践,沿着中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究对象与其研究主线相结合的思路,进而去构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系。并且随着中国经济改革与发展实践不断向前推进,这一理论体系将会被不断丰富、发展、完善,将会更好地指导中国经济改革与发展实践。
It is an important task for Chinese economists to construct political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to open up a new realm of Marx＇s political economy in contemporary China. From four aspects include the dilemma faced by the development of Marxist political economy, lack of discourse, discipline development and innovation lagged behind China＇s economic development and China＇s political economy followed the ＂Soviet paradigm＇in the past, this article clarifies the necessity and urgency of accelerating the construction of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. After clarifying the three major problems including subject orientation, research object, research main line of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics, we should combine our country＇s national conditions and development practice, follow the path which combine research subject of the Chinese socialism political economy with its research main line, and then build a theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. Besides, with the practice of China＇s economic reform and development continue to move forward, this theoretical system will be constantly enriched, developed, perfect, and will better guide China＇s economic reform and development practice.
