丁酸梭菌对仔猪回肠免疫信号通路相关蛋白和血清细胞因子的影响 被引量:19

Effect of Clostridium Butyricum on Related Proteins in the Immune Pathway in the Ileum and Cytokines in the Serum of Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌对仔猪回肠免疫信号通路相关蛋白和血清细胞因子的影响。选用12头(21±2)日龄、体重为(6.97±0.68)kg的杜×长×大商品杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为2个处理组,每组6头,单栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加5×10^(11)CFU/kg丁酸梭菌,饲养14 d后屠宰。结果表明:试验组仔猪回肠TLR2/4以及负调控因子Tollip和Bcl3的mRNA表达量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),接头蛋白My D88的mRNA表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪血清中IL-8和TNF-α含量有上升趋势(P>0.05)。综上可知,在仔猪饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌后,激活了TLR2/4信号通路,使仔猪处于免疫激活状态,提升了机体的免疫力。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Clostridium Butyricum on the related proteins in the immune signaling pathway in the ileum and cytokines in the serum of piglets immune signaling pathway. Twelve piglets were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n=6) and fed in a sigle cage. The control group was fed with the basal diet. The experimental group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with 5×10^11 CFU/kg C. butyricum throughout the 14-d feeding trial. Results showed that the mRNA expressions of TLR2/4, Tollip and Bc13 were significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01); the expression of the adaptor protein MyD88 was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the concentration of IL-8 and TNF-alpha in serum of piglets fed with C. butyricum increased (P〉0.05). In conclusion, Clostridium Butyricum can activated the TLR2/4 pathway, making piglets in the immune activated condition ,and enhancing their immunity.
