摘要
采用自制桑蚕丝复合丝变形加工装置,制备了桑蚕丝与PTT、PET、PA6纤维的复合变形丝,测试并分析其表面形态结构、卷缩性和热收缩性能。结果表明:桑蚕丝/合纤复合丝的外观呈带有锯齿的扁平弯曲带状,具有良好的弹性和膨松性;桑蚕丝/PET复合变形丝的卷曲收缩率、卷曲模量、卷曲稳定度均高于桑蚕丝/PA6和桑蚕丝/PTT复合变形丝,具有较高的弹性回复性,弹性和膨松性最好;桑蚕丝/PTT复合变形丝手感较为柔软,热收缩率大于桑蚕丝/PET和桑蚕丝/PA6复合变形丝。
Raw silk is recombined with PTT, PET or PA6 to prepare composite textured yarns by home-made machine for producing multi-component yams. The surface morphological structure, crimp contraction property and heat shrinkable property of these composite texture yarns are tested and analyzed. The results show that after deformation processing, the appearance morphology of silk/chemical fiber composite texture yarns changes, which presentes fiat ribbon with the sawtooth curve, and the yarns have excellent elasticity as well as bulking power; compared with silk/Pq'T and silk/PA6 composite textured yarns, silk/PET composite textured yarns have the higher crimp contraction, crimp modulus and crimp stability, and they have better elastic recovery and the best elasticity and bulking power; silk/PTF composite silk feels more soft, and the hot-shrinkage rate of silk/PTT composite textured yarns is higher than that of silk/PET and silk/PA6 composite textured yams.
