摘要
添加透皮吸收促进剂(penetration enhancers,PE)是目前在经皮给药制剂中提高生物利用度最常用的方法。笔者综述了近年来用于PE的透皮促渗能力、促渗机制和皮肤安全性评价的新技术,并提出促渗能力评价高通量化,促渗机制研究微观分子化和皮肤安全性表征数量化是PE研究的发展趋势。新技术的出现将为未来PE的筛选和研究提供更加快速、全面、可信度更高的技术支持。
Penetration enhancers （PEs） are commonly used for improving bioavailability of transdermal drug delivery formulations. In the present paper, the new techniques to investigate the penetration enhancement ability, penetration enhancement mechanism and skin safety of PEs were intensively reviewed. The trends of PE research ihclude high throughput evaluation of penetration enhancement ability, micro-molecular research of penetration enhancement mechanism and quantitative characterization of skin safety. Emergence of new techniques provides technical support which is faster, more comprehensive and reliable for the selection and research of penetration enhancers in future.
