摘要
干旱是影响植物生长和发育的主要非生物胁迫因素之一。从形态结构、生理生化和相关基因3个方面综述了干旱胁迫对植物的影响,包括植物根系、叶片、光合作用、渗透调节、活性氧代谢、植物激素以及相关基因,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Drought is one of the major abiotic stress factors that affect plant growth and development. This article summarized the effect of drought on plant from three aspects: morphological structure, physiological and biochemical and related genes, including plant roots, leaves, photosynthesis, osmotic regulation, active oxygen metabolism, hormones and related genes, and the future research direction was prospected.
