摘要
为了减少肺动脉高压的误诊,我们在广泛临床研究的基础上,开发了一个计算机系统-FDMGY,该系统能模仿专家的临床思维过程、利用一般临床资料,实现肺动脉高压的定性、病因和定量化诊断。经76例临床测试,证明其诊断肺动脉高压的敏感性为98.4%,特异性为100%,系统提出的前三个可能性最大的诊断与临床正确诊断的符合率为96.8%。
In order to provide clinicians with a consultant tool about the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension, and to de crease its misdiagnosis rate, We developed a computer system-FDMGY on the bases of extensive clinical studies. The system may imitate the expert's thinking to make a qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension and differential diagnosis of the underlying disease with common clinical data. The system may also estimate the magnititude of mean pulmonary arterial pressure with parameters of noninvasive examinations.
To evaluate the performance of the system, a single blind study was carried out. The study included 26 cases of unexplained pulmonary hypertension, 21 cases of thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, 16 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension, and 13 normal controls. The results showed that the saystem had a sensitivity of 98.41% and a specificity of 100% in the qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. 96.83% of the correct clinical diagnosis was in the first three possibilities listed by the system. The test indicates that the system might be used as a consultant tool for the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.
