苏北地区大学生智齿认知度及心理状况分析 被引量:5

Investigation on recognition of wisdom tooth and psychological conditions among undergraduate students in northern regions of Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的调查苏北地区大学生智齿的认知度及其心理健康状况,为口腔的健康宣教提供理论依据。方法随机对苏北地区6所高校1 010名大学生进行智齿认知度及心理状况的问卷调查。结果苏北地区大学生对智齿的认知度较低,女生的认知度高于男生,医学生高于非医学生;导致患者对存在智齿不良状况不加以重视的原因中,主观因素占主导,其中主要原因是患者认为智齿不重要并对其缺乏了解;客观原因中经济和时间因素占主导。结论正由于大学生缺乏正确的认知导致多数阻生齿未进行及时治疗,因此口腔卫生健康宣教急需加强。 Objective To get the messages of the recognition about the wisdom tooth and psychological conditions among undergraduate students in northern regions of Jiangsu Province, so as to provide the evidence for carrying out the oral health education. Methods A total of 1 010 students of six colleges in northern regions of Jiangsu Province were selected by the random sampling method and investigated by questionnaires. Results The recognition degree of the wisdom tooth in the undergraduate students was lower. The recognition degree of the wisdom tooth in the girls was higher than that in the boys, and the recognition degree of the wisdom tooth in medical students was higher than that in the others. Besides,there were different subjective and objective reasons why the students with the wisdom teeth which had harmful symptoms could not receive the treatment, and the most were subjective reasons. The main subjective reason was that many students had little knowledge of the wisdom tooth and thought that the wisdom tooth had no importance. The economic and time factors were main objective reasons. Conclusion Precisely the undergraduate students are short of knowledge of the wisdom tooth which led to untreated impacted teeth. Therefore, we should strengthen the oral health education.
