摘要
为了实现对供热管道内部腐蚀缺陷的精确检测,采用红外热像仪获取腐蚀管道的红外热图像,分析得到腐蚀管道红外热像的温度值数据及温度-频率图像,通过对比分析,得到管道内部腐蚀缺陷的温度变化规律及红外特征。结果表明,通过对管道红外热像成像分析,能够精确诊断管道是否受损及受损位置,管道受损程度与热像图捕捉温度成近似线性关系。研究结果为供热管道内部腐蚀的诊断及预测提供了一种直接有效的新方法。
A technique based on infrared thermal imaging was set up for accurately detecting and predicting the inner corrosion of heating pipeline in service. By collecting and comparatively analyzing the pipe temperatures acquired from the infrared thermal image data, as well as temperature-frequency images, the regularity of temperature variation and the relevant characteristics of infrared radiation due to the damages on pipeline caused by the internal corrosion could be revealed. Experimental results show that through the analysis of the infrared thermal image of the pipeline, one can accurately diagnose whether corrosion related damage did occur and where is the location of that damage; while the relation of the damage extent and the temperature accessed from the pipeline thermal image is approximately linear. It follows that the present technique may be an effect new way for the diagnosis and prediction of the internal corrosion of heating pipelines.
