复方枇杷喷托维林颗粒中甘草酸质量标准的建立 被引量:2

Quality Standard Establishment Glycyrrhizic Acid in Compound Loquat and Pentoryverine Granule

摘要 目的:建立复方枇杷喷托维林颗粒中甘草酸的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱对甘草酸进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相法测定甘草酸含量,使用Techmate C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵-冰醋酸(60∶39∶1);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:250 nm,柱温:35℃;进样量:20μl。结果:薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。在选定的色谱条件下,甘草酸在0.01~1.01 g·L^(-1)的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000 0,平均加样回收率103.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective: : To establish a quality standard for glycyrrhizic acid in compound loquat and pentoryverine granule. Meth- ods: TLC was applied in the qualitative detection of glycyrrhizic acid. An HPLC method was used for the quantitative determination of glycyrrhizic acid. A C,s (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-0.2 mol L-1 ammonium acetate-acetic acid(60 : 39 : 1 ). The flow rate was at 1.0 ml min-1, and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results: The TLC spots were clear and well" separated without interference from the negative sample. The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.01-1.01 g L-1 (r= 1.000 0). The average recovery was 103.2% (RSD% = 1.8%, n =9). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of compound loquat and pentoryverine granule.
