摘要 目的:建立止咳祛痰口服液的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对桔梗、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对射干的有效成分射干苷进行定量测定,色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(14∶86),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长为265 nm。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。射干苷在0.115~2.880μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为92.44%,RSD为1.83%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于止咳祛痰口服液的质量控制。 Objective: To establish the quality standard for Zhike Qutan oral liquid. Methods: A TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of Platycodonis Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma; the content of belamcandin in Belamcandae Rhizoma was determined by an HPLC method on a Waters Symmetry C,s column( 150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm)with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water ( 14 : 86), the flow rate was 1.0 ml min -1, the column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results : The TLC spots were clear without interference from the negative control. The linear range of belamcandin was 0.115- 2.880 μg (r =0.999 9),and the average recovery was 92.44% (RSD = 1.83%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Zhike Qutan oral liquid.
