粉胶比对SBS改性沥青胶浆力学性能的影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究不同粉胶比对SBS改性沥青胶浆力学性能的影响,选取针入度试验、低温弯曲试验、动态剪切流变试验研究5种粉胶比下沥青胶浆的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗车辙能力。研究表明:粉胶比的增大使针入度减小、抗剪强度增大,但是其受温度影响较大,提高粉胶比可增大抗剪强度但低温时易开裂;温度为0℃时,沥青胶浆的弯曲劲度模量受粉胶比影响较大,而温度为5℃时,沥青胶浆的蠕变变形受粉胶比的影响较大,因此在低温地区铺筑沥青路面时应综合考虑粉胶比的作用;对于动态剪切流变试验,粉胶比的增加使沥青胶浆结构中弹性组分增多、流动变形减小,提高了沥青胶浆的抗车辙能力。 In order to study the different filler-bitumen ratio on the mechanical behavior of SBS modified asphalt mucilage, cone penetration test, bending test at low temperature and dynamic shear rheological test were chosen to research the high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and rutting resistance of asphalt mucilage with five dosage of filler-bitumen ratio in the paper. The results show that: the increase of filler-bitumen ratio can reduce cone penetration and increase shear strength. However, filler-bitumen ratio is obviously affected by temperature. Improving filler-bitumen ratio can increase shear strength but dehisce in the low temperature. When temperature is O^C , the bending stiffness modulus of asphalt mucilage is influenced by the filler-bitumen ratio obviously. Meanwhile, when temperature is 5~C, the creep deformation is affected by the filler-bitumen ratio obviously. Therefore the asphalt pavement paved in the low temperature region should be considered the effect of filler-bitumen ratio. For dynamic shear rheological test, the increase of filler-bitumen ratio increases the elastic component in the asphalt mucilage structure, reduces the flow deformation and improves the rutting ability of the asphalt mucilage.
