摘要
目的:探讨F_(6/7.5)输尿管镜联合管路封堵器应用于输尿管中上段结石钬激光碎石术中的安全性和有效性。方法:回顾性分析2015年3月~2016年2月期间,本治疗组内209例输尿管中上段结石患者使用F_(6/7.5)输尿管镜联合管路封堵器行钬激光碎石术的临床资料及治疗效果。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间为(28.2±5.7)min,一次性碎石成功率达94.7%。结论:使用F_(6/7.5)输尿管镜联合管路封堵器治疗输尿管中上段结石,具有安全、可靠,碎石成功率高等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined with ureteral occlusive device in the management of middle and upper ureteral calculi.Method：The clinical data and treatment effect of 209 cases with middle and upper ureteral calculi dealed with F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined with ureteral occlusive device were retrospectively analysed.Result：All patients were successfully completed surgery.The average operation time was（28.2±5.7）min.The success rate of one time holmium laser lithotripsy was 94.7%.Conclusion：In the management of middle and upper ureteral calculi using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined with ureteral occlusive device is safe and effective.This technology is worthy of clinical promotion.
