摘要
目的痔手术后的严重并发症预防及治疗。方法对2010年6月至2016年6月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院收治及院外会诊19例痔手术后的严重并发症病人进行回顾性分析。结果 19例痔手术后严重并发症病人,包括5例吻合口裂开,4例直肠穿孔,6例术后大出血(其中2例合并血友病),4例肛门狭窄,均获治愈。结论痔手术虽然相对简单,但术后并发症并不少见,增加对疾病的理解,及时和恰当的处理可以避免病症的加剧甚至生命危险。
Objective To prevent and treat the severe complications of the hemorrhoid operations.Methods Nineteen cases of severe complications after hemorrhoids operation From June 2010 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the 19 cases including 5 cases of anorectal sepsis,4 cases of rectal perforation,6 cases of severe postoperative bleeding（2 cases combined with hemophilia A）,and 4cases of anal stenosis were cured.Conclusions The hemorrhoids operation is not difficult,but post-operative complications are not rare.Timely and proper treatment can avoid the aggravation of the disease and even the risk of life.
