摘要
我国的铜矿资源丰而不富,铜矿资源仍是国内短缺的矿种。实现低品位铜矿资源的高效开发和利用对我国铜业经济的稳定发展具有重要的意义。某低品位铜金矿石铜品位0.501%,含金0.4 g/t,硫品位3.88%。铜矿物以硫化铜为主,占总铜的96%,铜矿物嵌布粒度较细,且与黄铁矿致密共生。通过详细的浮选条件试验(磨矿细度、捕收剂用量、铜硫分离CaO用量及磨矿细度)和工艺流程试验(扫选次数和精选次数),最终采用了"阶段磨矿-混合浮选-铜硫分离"的浮选工艺,粗选磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 58.13%,矿浆的p H值约为6,添加100 g/t的硫酸铜为活化剂,采用丁基黄药和丁胺黑药为组合捕收剂,用量为300 g/t(丁基黄药:丁胺黑药=2∶1),铜硫分离的磨矿细度为-0.045 mm 82.45%,石灰的添加量为2 kg/t,采用一次粗选、两次扫选和三次精选的工艺流程可实现铜、金和硫的有效回收。闭路试验结果表明:铜精矿品位为19%左右,含金约9.5 g/t;铜和金的选矿回收率分别为Cu 78.16%和Au 50.90%。试验所采用的浮选工艺流程简单,生产成本低。可为下一步铜选厂的建设提供技术参考和决策依据。
Copper resource in China is abundant, but the quality of this copper resources is unsatisfactory and the copper resources is still a shortage minerals resources in domestic. Realizing the efficient development and full use of low grade copper ore resources has vital significance for the stable development of copper industry economy in our country. Copper sulfur flotation separation was studied from a low grade cooper-beating gold ore, in which the grade of cooper,gold and sulfur were 0. 501% ,0. 4 g/t and 3.88% respectively. The Cooper minerals were mainly in the form of copper sulfide, which reached 96% of the total copper. Mosaic size of cooper minerals in it was quite fine, fineness of roughing was 58.13 % below 75μm, the slurry pH value is about 6 with 100 g/t of copper sulfate as the activator, using butyl xanthate and butyl amine black reagent for combination collector with a dosage of 300 g/t (butyl xanthate : butyl amine black reagent = 2 : 1 ) , the grinding fineness of copper and sulphur separation was 82. 45 % below 45μm with 2 kg/t of lime as the depressor and adopting a roughing, twice scavenging and three times of cleaning processing. The flotation process of stage grinding-mixed flotation-copper sulfur separation" was finally a- dopted to realize the effective recovery of copper, gold and sulfur. Closed circuit test results showed that the grade of copper concentrate was about 19% ,the content of gold was about 9. 5 g/t and the recovery of copper and gold were Cu78% and Au50% respectively. This flotation process is simple and the production cost is low,which can be provided for technical reference and decision-making basis for the next step construction of copper plant.
