摘要
为简化变频器控制技术,提出一种基于CAN通信的变频电动机控制的设计与实现方案。着重分析了变频器CAN通信实现原理,给出基于倍福控制器的可编程控制器(PLC)以及HMI软件实现方案。该方案已经集成到某车型的电气控制系统中,试验表明该方案在安全性、稳定性等方面表现突出,使用效果良好。
In order to simplify the converter control technology, presented a design and implementation scheme of variable frequency motor control based on CAN communication. Focused on the analysis of the principle of CAN communication of frequency converter, and given the realization of programmable logic controller (PLC) and HMI software. The scheme has been integrated into the electrical control system of a certain type of vehicle, and the test results show that the scheme has outstanding performance in safety and stability.
