摘要
目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病(CHD)PCI术后心绞痛的临床疗效及内皮功能影响。方法:480例行PCI术的CHD患者采用RandA1.0将480例随机分为研究组和对照组,各240例。两组均进行常规治疗并于术前7d,研究组接受瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组患者的内皮功能(ET-1、NO及NOS)、心肌损伤指标(CK-MB、cTnI及h-FABP)和炎性因子(hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α及IFN-γ)的变化。结果:两组内皮功能指标治疗后明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组ET-1明显低于对照组,NO及NOS明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,两组CK-MB和CTnI指标比治疗前明显上升(P<0.05),对照组明显高于研究组(P<0.01);h-FABP水平浮动不明显,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的hs-CRP、TNF-α以及IFN-γ指标治疗后明显提升(P<0.01),IL-6及IL-10指标上涨幅度不大,P>0.05;对照组的各项指标均明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀可有效改善CHD PCI术后心绞痛、血管内皮功能及炎性因子水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on angina pectoris of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) after PCI and endothelial function.Methods:480 patients with PCI were randomly divided into study group and control group with RandAl.0 in each group,each with a total of 240 patients with CHD.The two groups were given routine treatment and preoperative 7d,study group received Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment,the control group using Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment,compared two groups of patients with endothelial function(ET-1,NO and NOS),myocardial injury markers(CK-MB,cTnl and h-FABP) and inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-alpha and IFN-γ) changes.Results:The two groups were significantly better than before treatment(P〈0.05),the ET-1 of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,NO and NOS were significantly higher than those of the control group,P〈0.05.After treatment,the CK-MB and CTnl indexes of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05),and the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group(P〈0.01);the floating of h-FABP was not obvious,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-and IFN-index of the study group were significantly improved after treatment(P〈0.01),IL-6 and IL-10 index rose slightly,P〈0.05;the control group was significantly increased(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin can effectively improve CHD PCI postoperative angina,endothelial function and inflammatory factor levels.
