永磁起动/发电机系统的参数匹配标定与实现

摘要 为了实现燃油经济指标最优,结合系统的设计需求和典型工况下的控制策略,对混合动力汽车(HEVs)用永磁起动/发电机(ISG)系统进行参数匹配标定.系统参数的匹配标定考虑了电动和发电工况下不同控制策略约束条件对起动/发电机(ISG)外特性的要求,以及最大功率点和最大转矩点对逆变器参数选型的影响;根据动力性匹配的峰值参数,确定高效区系统性能参数的取值范围.基于系统外特性参数匹配,分析凸极比和弱磁系数对电磁参数的影响规律,对电机的结构参数进行匹配标定,得到起动/发电机和逆变器的优化匹配设计方案.仿真和实验分析结果表明:经过参数匹配标定的样机系统能同时满足起动过程的外特性要求和发电过程的性能指标要求. Parameter matching design of permanent magnet integrated starter/generator(ISG)system used in hybrid electric vehicles(HEVs)was studied in consideration of system design requirements and control strategies under typical operating conditions in order to obtain high fuel economy performance.The system parameter matching design considered the requirements for ISG external characteristics under different control strategies'constrains for generating and motoring modes.Moreover,the effect of maximum power and torque on converter parameters were also considered.According to the parameters matching with peak values of dynamic characteristics,the range of performance parameters in high efficiency area was obtained.Based on the parameters matching with external characteristics,the influences of saliency ratio and flux weakening ratio on electromagnetic parameters were analyzed,and the optimal matching design of ISG and converter was achieved.Furthermore,the analysis of simulations and experiments results show that the prototype system,which is obtained from parameter matching design method,can meet not only the requirement of external characteristics under starting conditions but also the performance requirements under generating conditions.
