摘要
服务是图书馆工作的重要组成部分,服务能力提升是图书馆发展的根本。信息时代,提高图书馆整体服务水平日趋重要。该文从医学职业院校图书馆的馆藏资源建设、人才培养、服务拓展和提高,以及图书馆设施建设等方面入手,探讨图书馆馆藏资源趋向科学合理化、提升高校图书馆馆员的综合服务素质,拓展多样化读者服务等方面的策略。
The service is an important component of library work, and the service ability is the foundation of the development of library, and in the information era, the improvement of whole library service level is increasingly important, and the paper discusses the strategies of scientific and rational development of library collection resources, improvement of comprehensive service quality of library librarians and expansion of multiple readers service from the construction of library collection resources in the medical occupational library, talent culture, expansion and improvement of service and library facilitates construction.
