摘要
针对煤矿斜井与大倾角煤层开切眼反井钻机施工过程中出现导孔崩塌、导孔偏斜等难题,分析了导孔崩塌和偏斜原因,对反井钻机施工适用条件和导孔偏斜控制方法等关键技术进行了定量研究,并结合现场实际得出斜井与大倾角煤层开切眼应采用自上而下导孔、反向扩孔联合自上而下钻爆法的施工工艺,为同类条件下斜井或大倾角开切眼施工提供了一定的参考和依据。
According to the problem that collapse,deflection of guide hole which is in the construction process of raise boring machine of incline shaft and open-off cut with high inclined degree in coal mine.And applicable conditions and methods for control deflection were quantitative researched through the analysis of reasons for guide hole collapse and deflection.A result that the process of guiding hole from top to bottom,reversing reaming and drilling and blasting method combined with practical situation providing the basis and reference for the process under similar conditions was conclued.
