摘要
针对煤矿回采过程中受多次动压影响的巷道一次性支护难的问题,采用现场调研、理论分析与FLAC3D数值计算软件相结合的方法,建立巷道支护模型,分析了工作面开采前与开采过程中底板应力分布特征。以晋煤集团岳城煤矿Ⅲ1308(上)工作面开采实际情况为背景,设计出适合岳城煤矿的支护参数,利用锚杆支护技术对岳城煤矿多次受动压影响的巷道的支护参数进行改进,使巷道能够满足多次使用的要求。该研究成果较好地解决了多次动压影响巷道一次性支护难题,虽然使用现设计锚杆支护材料费用较高,但巷道支护完成后基本上不需要维修,经济上也较为合理,具有较强实用价值。
In allusion to problem of a plurality of dynamic pressure influencing the one-off support of the roadway,firstly,by using the means of field investigation,theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical calculation software,the roadway support model was established,and the stress distribution characteristics of the bottom face during mining and after mining were analyzed.Based on actual situation of Ⅲ1308(up) working face mining in Yuecheng Coal Mine,the supporting parameters for Yuecheng Coal Mine were designed.Using the application of bolt support technology to improve the support parameters of roadway that influenced by repeatedly pressure,and the roadway can meet the requirements of many times.The utility model solved the problem that a plurality of dynamic pressure influenced the one-off support of the roadway.Although the use of the current design of bolting material costs were higher,the completion of roadway support was basically no need for maintenance,and the utility model had advantages of reasonable economy and strong practical value.
