摘要
喷雾造粒生产线相关设备对可靠性具有较高的要求。针对生产线的核心设备,对混合制粒一体机其可能出现的失效模式进行分析,分析出零部件的失效模式及失效原因,找出加料螺杆及螺栓等易出现失效的关键零部件。通过有限元法,对加料螺杆及螺栓等关键零部件进行分析。针对加料螺杆存在的设计缺陷,提出相应的改进意见,提高混合制粒一体机的可靠性。
Related equipments of spray granul.ation production line have higher requirements of reliability. Aiming at the core equip- ment, failure model of mixed granulation machine was analyzed, and then, failure mode and failure cause of its parts were fined out. The key failure components are feeding screw and bolt. Based on the finite element analysis, these key failure components were ana- lyzed. Thus, the design defects of feeding screw was determined, and corresponding improvements were proposed, which can increase the reliability of mixed granulation machine.
