摘要
采用高温红外显微镜测定了褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤在升温过程中官能团的变化规律,进而推测含氮基团的转化规律,主要包括O—H基团、脂肪族NH基团、亚硝酰基、芳香族及脂肪族的亚硝基.结果表明:随温度升高,褐煤受热首先出现游离的O—H基和氢键缔合O—H分子,温度高于500℃时,N元素以脂肪族亚硝基的形式析出;烟煤在升温过程中主要出现游离的O—H基和大量的芳烃基团,但氢键缔合O—H分子较弱,当温度高于680℃时,脂肪族亚硝基增多,其他基团都相应减少;由于无烟煤煤化程度较高,升温过程中键的断裂与形成的难易程度相当,其官能团的变化趋势相同.
The high temperature infrared microscope was used to test the rule of the functional groups of lignite,bitumite and anthracite at linear heating temperature,and the transformation rule of nitrogen-containing group,including O—H groups,aliphatic NH groups,nitrosyl,nitroso-group of aliphatic and aromatic was speculated.The results show that with the temperature increasing,the free O—H groups and hydrogen bonds association O—H molecule are appeared in lignite.When the temperature is higher than 500 ℃,nitrogen is separated in the form of aliphatic nitroso-group.In the bituminous coal at the linear heating temperature,there are free O—H groups and a large number of aromatic groups,but the hydrogen bonds association O—H molecule are weak.When the temperature is higher than 700 ℃,aliphatic nitroso-group increases,but other groups reduce.Due to the high coalification of anthracite,the difficulty of fracture and form of bonds in the combustion progress are quite,so the change trend of functional groups are the same.
