摘要
针对目前高铁客专接触网用整体吊弦在线路运行中存在断丝、断股以及鼓包等影响运行安全的问题,从产品结构、材料选用、工艺制造及运行环境等方面进行分析,并据此提出了结构优化和工艺改进,选择抗拉强度高且柔韧性好的吊弦线,通过压接工具、模具及压接方法的细化完善,从产品试验条件、考核标准方面提出改进建议,确定可靠有效的解决措施。
With regards to problems existed in wire breakage, wire strand breakage and wire strand bulging of integral droppers of high speed railway and passenger dedicated line which may affect the line's safety operation, the paper puts forward structural optimization and processing improvement on the basis of analysis in terms of product structure, selection of materials, processing, fabricating and operation environment. Proposals for improvement are put forward in terms of conditions for tests and standards for verification of products, on the basis of selecting dropper wires of high tension strength and flexibility, by refinement and improvement of crimping tools, molds and crimping methods. Reliable and effective counter-measures have been finalized.
