摘要
基于多孔介质的传热传质理论,建立了储粮通风过程中粮堆内部热质耦合传递的控制模型,并借助数值模拟的方法,模拟分析了三种通风量下粮仓垂直通风时,粮仓内各粮层的温度、水分变化规律,以及各种通风量下的通风效果,研究结果可以为储粮通风操作提供参考。
Temperature and moisture are two very important factors in the safe storage of wheat. The mechanical ventilation can effectively regulate the internal temperature and moisture of the grain storage, which plays an important role in ensuring the safety of grain storage. In this paper, Based on the theory of the heat and mass transfer in porous media, The control model of grain ventilation of internal coupled heat and mass transfer was established, and by means of numerical simulation, Under the ventilation situation of three kinds of flowrate, we analysis the temperature and moisture of the grain in vertical ventilation as well as the ventilation effect of various ventilation flowrate, the research results can provide reference for ventilation operation.
