延长油田特殊地貌条件下水平井钻井技术难点与对策 被引量:6

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of Horizontal Well Drilling Technical for Surface Restricted Resource in Yanchang Oilfield

摘要 针对常规定向井、二维水平井在受限资源开发方面控制能力和适应性不足的难题,本文开展了复杂轨道水平井优化设计和摩阻控制技术研究。小靶前距水平井采取负位移设计方式,均摊狗腿度,降低斜井段施工摩阻;长靶前距井,采取非常规双增加稳斜探顶的改进型三增剖面,压低造斜点,提高入窗精度;首次提出三维井偏位比计算标准,建立了基于油层垂深和偏位比交互影响的三维水平井轨道设计优选图版;配合多工况摩阻目标控制技术,实现复杂轨迹水平井多工况摩阻精确预测和风险评估。有效应对地下井网的规则性与地面受限因素的客观性、随机性矛盾,实现受限资源的现实控制和有效动用,具有较高的经济和社会效益。 Aiming at the resources exploitation problem brought about by the complex surface condition barrier in convention well, using complex structure horizontal well such as 3D welPpath, shallow extended reach well and small target distance well to cope with that. Use the negative displacement method for small target pre- distance horizontal well to balance the dogleg and drilling friction. For the long distance wells, use the unconventional double build section and stable inclination to reduce kick off point as well as the entered accuracy. The offset ratio is put forward for the 3D well track design. By that, the design chart is built for design optimization. Cooperate with ob- jective control method, frictional risk multi working conditions were achieved. The constantly adapting to the re- stricted of limited conditions on the ground and fine development of underground resources caused to the drilling technical challenge. By that we made complex structure horizontal well came true. We safeguard the development of underground oil resources in limited surface area, so high economic and social benefit was achieved.
