摘要 国外某硫化铅锌矿由于成因复杂、共伴生组分较多导致分离困难,为了优化药剂制度和工艺流程以提高该矿石的利用价值,进行了优先浮选分离研究。通过系统的条件试验探索和流程试验,最终在磨矿细度为-0.071mm占60%及适宜的药剂条件下,获得了品位为63.09%、回收率为96.72%的铅精矿和品位为47.10%、回收率为88.34%的锌精矿,且银也在铅精矿中实现了有效富集,而有害元素砷在铅、锌精矿中的含量也满足相应等级品的质量要求,分选技术指标令人满意。 Because of the complexity of the origin and the concomitant composition, the foreign lead--zinc sulfide ore is difficult to separate. In order to optimize the reagent system and process flow to improve its utilization value, the preferential flotation test was carried out. Through the systematic exploration for suitable condition and process, under the grinding fineness of 60% -0.071mm and suitable reagents conditions, the lead concentrate with grade of 63.09% and recovery of 96.72% and the zinc concentrate with grade of 47.10% and recovery of 88.34% were obtained separately at last. Furthermore the silver in lead concentrate was enriched effectively, meanwhile the content of arsenic in the two concentrates can meet the quality requirements. The separation technology indices were satisfying.
