摘要 针对目前机械类专业学生创新创业实践能力培养的需求,以"项目为抓手、平台为支撑"技能大师牵头的产学研协同创新育人工程,通过实践教学、创新项目研发、技能竞赛和创新创业实践等环节,构建完善的创新创业实践培养体系。实践证明,该体系对提升学生的综合素质和创新创业实践能力有显著成效。 According to the demand for training of innovation and entrepreneur practical ability of mechanics student at present, the skilled masters lead the project of collaborative and innovative training talents by production-teaching-research and "project as the starting point, platform for support". The perfect innovation and entrepreneur practice training system is set up by the practical teach- ing, the innovative project development, the skill competition, innovation and entrepreneur practice, and so on. The practice proves that this system has remarkable effect on promoting students' comprehensive quality and innovation and entrepreneur practical ability.
