摘要
近年来,随着BIM技术的推广和应用,对于新形式的装配式建筑而言,BIM相关的技术平台和工具可以有效地提高装配式建筑设计、生产、施工及运营维护的效率,能有效促进装配式建筑这一新型建筑形式的推广。因此,预制装配式建筑正在我国的建筑产业中扮演越来越重要的角色,将成为未来建筑业发展的必然趋势。通过对现今装配式建筑在高校基建工程的应用价值分析,为高校基建工程的节约型、高效型的发展提供一些有价值的思考。
In recent years, with the popularization and application of the BIM technology, for the assembly of new architectural forms, BIM related technology platform and tools can effectively improve the efficiency of the assembled architectural design, pro- duction, construction and operation and maintenance, and can effectively promote the building of the new assembly type buildings. Therefore, the prefabricated construction is playing an increasingly important role in China's construction industry, and will become an inevitable trend of the future development of the construction industry. Through the analysis of the application value of today's assembly type building in university capital construction projects, the paper provides some valuable thinking for the economical and efficient development of capital construction projects in universities.
