摘要
减振器是车辆保持平稳行驶十分重要的部件,研究减振器的阻尼特性规律有利于我们合理的选择适当的减振器,提高车辆的乘坐舒适性。就目前履带车辆上常用异轴式安装的液力减振器的阻尼特性规律进行研究并实车实验,通过控制变量法,得到影响减振器阻尼特性的两个主要因素,安装位置和行驶里程,并将其对减振器阻尼特性的影响作分析,为研究减振器性能的有关专家和学者提供一定的参考。
In order to select the appropriate shock absorber and improve the riding comfort of the vehicle,the damping characteristics of hydraulic shock absorber with different-axis mounted on tracked vehicle are studied,and the real vehicle test is carried. By using the control variate method,two main factors that affect the damping characteristics of the damper are obtained—installation position and mileage. The influences of the two factors on the damping characteristics of the damper are analyzed. It can provide some reference value for experts and scholars to study the performance of shock absorber.
