摘要
为更好地开发丝瓜络纤维资源,制备环保抗菌材料,通过分析丝瓜络化学成分,设计试验方案,用碱对丝瓜络中的纤维进行提取,并探究关于NaOH质量分数、提取温度、保温时间,液比对提取率的影响。通过试验得到优化纤维提取条件为:NaOH质量分数10%,提取温度170℃,保温时间60 min,液比1∶6。用提取的丝瓜络纤维制备湿法非织造布并对其进行物理性能与抗菌性检测。结果表明:丝瓜络纤维打浆度为36°SR,厚度为0.230 mm时,撕裂度为2 429.2 mN,抗张强度为876.29 N/m;大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在丝瓜络纤维非织造布上均未出现抑菌带,抑菌宽度为0,无细菌繁殖情况,抗菌效果较好。
For the better development of loofah fiber resources and the preparation of environmentally friendly antibacterial materials,this paper analyzes the loofah chemical composition and designs an experimental scheme to extract loofah fiber using alkali.This paper also explores the impact on the extraction yield from the alkaline charge,extracting temperature,holding time,and liquid ratio.By experiments,the optimum conditions for fiber extraction are as follows:alkaline charge 10%,extracting temperature 170 ℃,holding time 60 min,and liquid ratio 1∶6.The wet nonwoven was prepared by using the extracted loofah fiber,and its physical properties and antibacterial properties were tested.The result shows that the loosening degree is 2 429.2 mN and the tensile strength is 876.29 N/m when the beating degree and thickness of loofah fiber is 36° SR and 0.230 mm,respectively.Scherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the loofah wet nonwovens have no inhibition zones.The effect is fairly good that Bacteriostatic width is 0 and no bacterial reproduction appears.
