摘要
为了研究季节变化对伊犁昭苏牧区放牧绵羊羊毛中微量元素含量的影响,试验分别在春、夏、秋、冬季选择育成母羊和成年母羊各10只,测定羊毛中铁、铜、锰、锌、钴元素含量。结果表明:羊毛中铁、锌和钴含量在秋季最高,铜、锰含量在夏季最高;育成母羊铁、铜、锰、锌、钴含量分别为380.73,124.40,0.30,5.88,11.09 mg/kg,成年母羊分别为249.34,124.60,0.21,4.85,6.59 mg/kg,育成母羊和成年母羊间羊毛中铁、锰和钴含量差异明显。
In order to study the effect of seasonal changes on trace element contents of grazing sheep wool in Zhaosu pastoral area of Yili, ten growing ewes and ten adult ewes were chosen in each season in this study. The contents of trace elements of sheep wool were measured, inclu- ding Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn and Co. The results showed that Fe,Zn and Co contents of sheep wool were highest in antumn,while Cu and Mn contents were highest in summer. The contents of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn and Co were 380.73,124.40,0.30,5.88 arid 11.09 mg/kg, respectively in growing ewes wool. The contents of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn and Co were 249.34,124.60,0.21,4.85 and 6.59 mg/kg, respectively in adult ewes wool. The wool contents of Fe, Mn and Co between growing ewes and adult ewes were extremely different.
