摘要
目的了解我院门诊中成药使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法用回顾性调查方法,对我院2016年门诊处方用药情况进行汇总,对不合理中成药使用进行归纳分析。结果中成药不合理处方占总处方的2.23%,其中不规范处方占不合理处方的9.28%,用药不适宜处方占不合理处方的88.54%,超常处方占不合理处方的2.17%。主要表现为用法用量、遴选药物不适宜及适应证不适宜等。结论通过处方点评总结我院门诊中成药使用的不合理情况及医务部门对其不合理情况的干预,使我院中成药临床使用日趋规范。
Objective To analyze the use of Chinese patent medicine in the outpatient so as to promote clinicians standard medication.Methods A retrospective survey method was used to summarize the prescriptions of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in 2016,and to summarize the prescriptions of irrational Chinese medicine prescriptions.Results The result showed that their irrational prescription accounted for 2. 23% of the total prescription,non-standard prescription accounted for 9. 28%, the inappropriate medication prescription came to88. 54% and the extraordinary prescription accounted for 2. 17%. The irrational prescriptions including inappropriate medication and dosage,inappropriate drug selection and incompatible indications drug use and so on. Conclusion By generalizing the situation of the outpatient irrational use of Chinese patent medicine in our hospital and the intervention of the health sector in order to make the clinical use of Chinese patent medicine more standardized.
