摘要
传统外贸整体增速放缓,新型贸易业态开始崭露头角,跨境电商将成为继PC电商、移动电商之后的一个"新蓝海"。本文在分析比较了江苏省内苏南、苏北跨境电商发展情况的基础上,指出江苏跨境电商物流配送、支付体系、法律监管、人才培养等多方面亟需完善,并进一步提出了江苏跨境电商发展存在的问题及应对策略。
The overall growth rate of traditional foreign trade slowed down, the new trade format began to emerge, cross-border elec- tricity business will become following PC power, mobile electricity business after a ＂new blue sea.＂ On the basis of analyzing and comparing the development situation of Jiangsu province in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu, it is pointed out that Jiangsu cross-border electricity business logistics distribution, payment system, legal supervision, personnel training and so on need to be im- proved, and further put forward Problems in the Development of Cross - border Electric Commerce in Jiangsu Province and the Cor- responding Tactics.
