摘要
铁路物流中心是铁路开展物流服务的基础设施,具有投资强度大、承载功能复杂的特征,是铁路开展运输生产和运输物流服务的基础支撑。在阐述我国现有的典型物流中心开发模式的基础上,针对当前铁路物流中心主要沿用传统货场以生产管理为核心的自建自营开发模式,存在物流设施配置与客户需求融合程度低、客户粘性不强的问题,基于客户粘性理论,提出适应铁路物流中心的综合开发模式,对铁路物流、公路物流、多式联运、国际物流、信息服务、商贸交易和生活配套服务7大类物流功能区提出相应的开发模式和经营业务对策。
Railway logistics center is an infrastructure of developing logistic service with characteristics of large investment intensity and complex carrying function, and it is the basic support of developing transport production and transport logistics service. On the basis of expounding the current development mode of typical logistics center in China, targeting the existing problems in current railway logistics center mainly using the self-building and self-running development mode of traditional freight yard, which takes the production management as the core, such as low integration degree between logistics facilities configuration and customer demand and weak user adhesiveness, this paper puts forward a comprehensive development mode adapting to railway logistics center based on user adhesiveness theory, and proposes relative development mode and operation business countermeasures for 7 categories of logistics functional sections, including railway logistics, highway logistics, inter-model transportation, international logistics, information service, commercial transaction and life supporting services.
